How to sign off on QC

Please review all issues flagged by the QC analysis as well as each suggested course of action for addressing potential sources of error. Mark each issue as either "No rerun recommended" if no rerun is recommended to remedy the specified issue, or "Rerun recommended" if a rerun is recommended to remedy the specified issue. Once all the flags have been signed off on, click the "Submit" button to complete the process. These recommendations will then be passed to the Molecular You Operations team for consideration during a final review.

If instead the data requires correction without a rerun, then please re-upload the corrected data file to initiate a new quality control analysis. This will result in the flagging of another set of issues that will then need to be signed off on.
