How to upload data

Please use the omics-specific template provided to upload sample data for a batch. Then once the data file has been prepared, navigate to the batch’s page to upload the file. All batches that require an uploaded data file are viewable in the batches table on the vendor portal’s main page with either a "Data file needed" or a "Data file errors" status. Batches with a status of "Data file errors" contain issues in the uploaded file that need to be addressed before a reupload is attempted.

Navigate to a batch’s page by clicking on the batch’s "Review" button in the batches table. Next, select the data file to be uploaded from the local file system, and then click the "Upload" button. At this point, the system will scan the file for errors. If no errors are found, the page will display a success message. Otherwise, the page will display an error message complete with remediation recommendations. Re-uploading a corrected data file will retrigger the file validation process. Only upon a successful error-free file upload can the system proceed to run a QC analysis.
