Biomarker above toxic level	Biomarker concentration for specific barcode is above toxic level
Barcode hemolysed	Barcode may be hemolysed
Biomarker exposed to light	Vitamin B1, B2, B3-amide, B5, B6, B7, and C are all out-of-range (yellow/red)
Unusual yellow/red flags for biomarker	Compare % yellow/red for each biomarker this batch vs historical and flag depending on batch size BATCH SIZE 1-10: flag if biomarker shows 50% difference from historical BATCH SIZE 11-20: flag if biomarker shows 40% difference from historical BATCH SIZE 21-30: flag if biomarker shows 30% difference from historical BATCH SIZE >30: flag if biomarker shows 20% difference from historical
Barcode contains many outlier biomarkers	Flag samples with outlying biomarker % higher than 2SD (of all samples); samples with >30% outlier biomarkers excluded from SD calculation
Barcode contains many lower outlier biomarkers	Barcode has >=5 lower outliers & accounts for >=70% of all outliers
Percentage of outlying biomarkers >3SD for this barcode	Sample level rerun request: rerun samples with outlying biomarker % higher than 3SD (of all samples)
Key biomarker (serum albumin) out of range	Serum albumin has >4% as yellow/red this batch
Key biomarker (CRP) out of range	CRP has >10% as yellow/red this batch
Unusual LOD for biomarker	METAB/EXPO: biomarker is LOD & historically > 8% LOD & not NR PROTEIN: same as above + LOD value of this batch is less or equal to last batch
NIST concentration outside of 15% avg + biomarker flagged	Flag biomarkers (batch-wide) outside of +-15% average/NIST theoretical & if the biomarker has too many yellow/red flags this batch (theoretical concentration prioritized if available)
NIST concentration outside of 20% avg	Flag biomarkers (batch-wide) outside of +-20% average/NIST theoretical (theoretical concentration prioritized if available)
Pooled plasma outside of 20% avg + biomarker flagged	Flag biomarkers (batch-wide) outside of +-20% pooled plasma average & if the biomarker has too many yellow/red flags in this batch (combine with Row 9).
Pooled plasma outside of 30% avg	Flag biomarkers (batch-wide) outside of +-30% pooled plasma average
Control concentration changing in one direction	Flag if last 4 control concentration batches are going in the same direction & degree of change >2SD.
>20 biomarkers exceed the 30% CV in pooled plasma	If >20 biomarkers exceed the 30% CV, flag the batch as potential failure for rerun.
