How to use the Notes function

Please use the "Notes" section to communicate any items of interest concerning a particular batch. Comments entered in the "Notes" text box are saved upon clicking the "Update" button, and a representative of Molecular You’s Operations team will also be notified. Additionally, any comments made by the Molecular You team will be present in the "MY Notes" section. "Notes" sections are viewable during the entire QC review process to keep track of all communications.
